About the client
It is one of the largest banks in Chile and Latin America. It organizes its operations into six divisions and seven subsidiaries, including the General Fund Administrator, which has more than 6 clients.
Business need
This financial institution needed to create products for international remittance transfers. The bank wanted to increase the number of international remittance and trading operations, preventing customer turnover from external operators.
Also, I needed to create a generative AI-based customer service system for opening new FAN accounts.
How do we help him?
Our developers created a 100% digital product with significant competitive advantages over competitors in the international remittance and foreign exchange trading business. The company needed to automate the medical benefits reimbursement process to reduce costs.

We built a solution for Straight-Through Processing which combines automation, AI and cognitive recognition.
The solution integrates Consalud's digital channels with the rest of the systems involved in the process, especially its private customer portal where refund requests are captured via web and mobile.
